I transferred my dna here via ancestry.com and have been a little confused by my results here. It says I'm 3% (the map circles) Boznia Herzegovina, Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece & Italy. Gedmatch: what is phased data?
I tried the new Gedmatch.com utility "Generate Phased Data" using the raw data uploaded there from my both my father's and my "Family Finder" test.
The Gedmatch accounts for my father's data and my data each have numerous matches but the two resulting phased data "accounts"...

Gedmatch autosomal comparison
a paternal aunt has recently insisted that her father is not my paternal grandfather but his biological brother. after uploading our dna results to gedmatch, the autosomal comparison utility calculated the following:
Largest segment = 93.2 cM
