My only confirmed 2nd-4th predicted cousin is actually a maternal line DNA+Documented 3rd cousin.

I wish I could get a paternal line fix.

Actually I have only 7 predicted 2nd to 4th cousin FF matches. Assuming 4 of them to be maternal it leaves 3 who statistically could be paternal. So are the predictions optimistic.?

Fluxus & YSearch data questions

Is there a way to turn FTDNA's Y CSV results into a format Fluxus will handle - namely rdf, Fasta, Nexus or Phylip?

In my top ten YSearch matches I have 3 from an "other forensic DNA service". These folk have DNA results...

I would like to try making a cladogram to see what it might tell me so I downloaded Figtree.
Can someone please tell me what format of data the program requires and how to get it in that format from my Y results?

Thanks for your posting. My 3rd cousin and I are in the same "Bell" project, so "privacy settings" might be the answer.

(It's funny how anything "private" tends to be annoying!)...

My DNA-confirmed 3rd cousin's "in common with" me results are quite different to my "in common with" him results.
