There is an Iran/Pakistan category? Iran, according to the FAQ, is under the Middle Eastern heading. The Pakistani category, according to the FAQ, is under the South Asia heading. I suppose they have not updated their FAQ to reflect all of the actual categories?...

My ancestors were from the general Upper Mesopotamia region. Population Finder has me at ≈60% Middle East (Middle Eastern) and ≈40% Middle East (Iranian)....

40.40% Middle East (Iranian)

Assyrian with an Armenian second great-grandparent. Ancestors from NW Iran, SE Turkey, and N Iraq.

A shame that Behar et al did not include Assyrians among the populations studied in the recent paper on Jewish folks....
