A new customer in one of my projects is showing with No Release Form. He thinks he included it with his kit. How can we replace it? Can he download a copy and mail it in separately? Sign it online?

New url for public projects

Thank you, Rebekah! I, for one, was never aware of the change made seven years ago and the redirection since then. If that had been publicized, I'm sure I and many others would have used the updated url and this problem would be much less severe.
