My Origins New Populations Descriptions

On a Facebook thread about this I see that FTDNA is referring questions back to the Population Descriptions.

My largest concern ( I have many..trust me) is my Southeast European 6% that suddenly blew in from nowhere..
Another tester mentioned that in the Southeast Euro Population...

On the Facebook Admin page I was told that the cause had been found and they were working on the fix. Next week possibly Tuesday.

Make sure they know that it is more than your sister's matches no showing otherwise they categorize it another way.....

One person in my group had some new ones but the rest not since 4/29. Everyone should call and get their voice heard. I did so yesterday. Otherwise what they know about it is fragmented. I was told that it was "reciprocal matches" not showing and it is more than that..

I did just hear of someone else who cannot get into 3 of their groups..

Mine are NOT back and neither are my group members..only 6 new ones for me and 2 new ones for him..Everyone check and make sure.....

I am quite sure the results are in there.. I can "See" myself in other people's matches so they for sure are there.....

No the matches are still gone.. No one working who could do any fixes I am sure..

They can tell somewhat by the Transfer # how many they have.. possibly 140,000 although some transfers are for Y..
the "B" transfer #s still are below 60,000

That "Big" number of testers they quote is for all tests not unduplicated testers.. 12 marker Y tests...

And I see myself in everyone else as a match..

Mine are just not there.. I have checked all my permissions
and nothing works..

Prior to this happening I was looking at advanced matches.. is that a clue?

Anyone else having trouble with matches? Mine have disappeared completely from the site.
I am an Admin but I cannot see them whether I go in as Admin or myself..
