Portugal is kind of a weird result in these autosomal tests - for those who have no known Portuguese ancestry. 600 years ago wouldn't count because statistically, it's virtually certain that you would have no alleles from that person.

I noticed on the Kerchner Tribes blog that an askenazi fellow got top match to Greek cypriot. In fact, his results look a bit like yours if I am remembering them correctly.

That's interesting. If true, then perhaps some NA folks will also get matches
in Hungary/ and or Finland/Estonia for the same reason (cf Lumbee).

The Vikings also quite famously took Irish women to Iceland.
I think various population studies there have shown that quite a few female
lines there point to Ireland.

The "Indian" could be related to spanish, because of the roma (gypsy) component in a lot of Iberian ancestry.
Your profile looks pretty European to me -- southern European.
Italian is pretty persistent in there.
In your diaspora populations, you don't get...

I have also found a fairly wide and persistent disparity between Tribes and Omnipop. I have found this disparity with every member of my family that I have tested.

This list means you match no one.
I had the same problem when I ran "penta,"
because apparently the data for those markers is largely
missing from many of the population studies.
if you take out penta, you will get some results...

After reading Kathleen's post, I checked out the Lumbee on Wikipedia, which was interesting. May answer your question...
