All Normans weren't a single Hg. All of any large group of peoples weren't a single Hg. We don't know Guiscard's Hg do we? And Guiscard's history isn't confirmed, there are many theories floating around about his origins. One cannot prove he belonged to a specific Hg through surname spellings either....
