Delayed many times (I lost count)

This morning got another delay notification - now expected 10/28/19 - 11/11/2019

I just got the notification that my test kit has failed. Again. For the third time.

I hold out little hope that the second vial from this second test kit is going to work either.

Interesting... it seems that people need to keep checking their results periodically to make sure that nothing has changed. Unfortunately, most people will not think to do this....

Did they notify you about the error, or did you just happen to notice that your results had changed?...

Congratulations, Peter! I hope they get the reference population thing straightened out, but it's great that you don't have to wait any longer for your results!...

Sometime in the past couple of days (I haven't been checking, so I don't know exactly when this happened), my retest jumped from 20% to 80% complete. I presume this must have happened on Friday.

So the timing so far (not counting the two runs that both failed on my first kit) is:...

Wow, you were stuck at 20% for nearly 2 months? I guess I'll stop being so diligent about checking my results progress every day! Sounds like I've got a long wait....

My samples finally got received by the lab too (so 20% complete), yesterday, 23 days after I mailed them.

That's about the same timeframe that they would have received my replacement kit's samples, since I mailed them to the lab on 22 April.

Their website was still showing 0% completion as of yesterday, so I got impatient and called the lab. They told me it could take 2-3 weeks for them...

I just got off the phone with the lab. Like you, Peter, my second vial failed, so they're having to send me a brand new test kit. Very disappointing.
