I e-mailed Family Tree DNA and they said yes, the newer kits being sent out do have 3 swab kits and 3 collection...
Large data base of matching testers, 3 share the same faster mutating gene value
We have a large Y-DNA data base of matching Crows, 3 testers sharing the same value for DYS 439, (a faster mutaing DYS) at the 12 marker level. Two of the three Crows matched many of us, 24 for 25, at the 25 marker level.
Is it safe to assume the three mactching Crows, with the same...
I was wondering if three of our Crows, that matched 12 for 12, and share the same value, 12, on faster mutating DYS# 439, are more closely related to each other, than to some of the rest of us, that share a different value, 13, on DYS# 439?
