So far, it appears that everyone tested for U106+ L5 and L6 who have received results turned out negative on both. Has anyone received any positive result? Just curious... Mine were negative and so were at least other ten people.

There are two dates for this batch: on my personal page it's April 9, while on my Group page, April 14. Let's hope the actual date will be in March, maybe an Easter present?

I can only see R1b1c10 at this point, probably because determining the R1b1c9 and its subtypes might require more work.

Also, the message on my page changed to "The following SNP's have not yet produced a clear result and are in the process of retesting: M269, P107, U106, U152, U198"...

So the date is April 9 for all of us, hopefully it will be faster! I got my DYF401 today and it was due in 3-4 weeks!

Also, they seem to be retesting M126, M160, M269 (double-check) while providing us with new results for P107, U106, U152, U198.

From what I've read, it requires sometimes a lot of hair and luck to successfully extract, isolate and replicate enough DNA to be able to run the tests. It is possible, but it depends on the hair sample. There might also be a possibility of contamination....
