Big Y results Named Variants tab “On Y-tree” column

Named SNPs that are not placed on the haplotree may not be phylogenetically relevant.

Can anyone explain the phrase “phylogenetically relevant”? The original basis for this question is that the match...

No file. My issue is selecting Home->Results & Tools->Big Y->Matches. The result set from that never changes....

Can't get the results to update at all - change the sort, nothing. Change the rows per page, nothing.

So the proper thing to do would be to just sit tight for a week and see what happens, but impatience overruled... I think I’ve seen references in project activity feeds and forum questions, but nothing I recall as being definitive (or mentioned in the Big Y learning center pages), so I’ll ask explicitly:...
