I don't see anywhere on the site that you can use the ticket number for anything anyway... Did I miss it somewhere?

When I loaded my Ancestry file and the ones for my husband and daughter, they only took a few hours to process so matches could be seen. It was well within the 24 hours mark of uploading them. I uploaded my son's in the wee hours of the 16th... probably right after midnight on the 15th... and they...

I am brand new to using DNA... what does it take to run a group? Should it be someone that has a lot of experience with it? Or just tech experience?

I've joined the Weber surname group and it shows that I've joined but when I try to go to the Manage Group link it says I've not joined the group yet. I can't find anywhere on the Weber group pages where it says who the admin of the group is or how to reach them.
