Received my Big 700 “final” results for Batch 939 ( batched on Feb 6, 2019)!...

Batch 939 update: received word from customer service that my first sample failed, and that they used a new sample on May 29th. The current wait time is about 15 weeks as long as there are no further issues. The representative said I should be getting results in a couple of weeks.

Batch 939 ( batched on Feb 6, 2019) got pushed to June 26th-July 10th. This is the 5th time to be delayed.

Batch 939 ( batched on Feb 6, 2019) got pushed to May 1st-May 15th. I received my 67 & 111 results quickly, and this is the first delay for the last two panels for Y-700.

Received a response to my email: YHap Backbone results were not updated on my page. When I logged in a while ago, everything is updated.

I just emailed FTDNA about not receiving results for Y-Hap Backbone Batch #865. It was batched on June 4, 2018. Anybody else waiting a long time (about 18 weeks) for Y-Backbone results?
