I'm surprised that the companies still aren't fixing this and people are having to go through a third party method...

What hasn't been mentioned recently is potentially a fix. Unless you are directly a FTDNA or Ancestry employee I'm certain you would not have a response for "what to tell me" regarding this. I'm sure if enough people contact then they will have the data regarding how any are having issues...

More information on Ancestry's view of the issue.
Here is some information they gave me in the chat
"Dirk:
I have a message from our supervisors here, "It's is going to be up to FTDNA to allow our raw data to be uploaded if that's what they want to do."...

Update
Is there any update on this potentially working. I contacted Ancestry and again they say it is not their issue and that they have no official information about it.

Thanks for letting us know! Mine hasn't uploaded in the 100 plus attempts I have made over the last two months. Hopefully it works soon enough....

Updating due to errors?
When I click on Autosomal Transfer, FTDNA gives a message that they are updating the site. Is anyone else getting this message and if so, is it due to the errors that customers were continually having with trying to transfer data from Ancestry to FTDNA?

Error message
I am receiving the same error message for several days now. I have tried upward of 30 times to upload this. I have tried all the solutions.
Will FTDNA support be able to help via phone better?
