I just opened the Support window. I see the Submit button right below the Details box.

I have encountered that lack of a window on some sites. I changed to a different browser and the window appeared.
In my case it was a Captcha window.

My support request was answered today.
Reported that N. Houston USPS facility is very understaffed.

Replacement kits are being sent and this time I will ship (at my expense, my choice) back via United Parcel service.

FTDNA still has not replied to a support request (615263) regarding Houston or to a voice mail. So I guess I will turn on the rant switch and file a USPS complaint. I did...

Yep, still delayed in N. Houston. Tracking says its on its way to its destination on 6 May. Somethings not right, guess its time to phone FTDNA, for whatever good that will do.

Delay of kit

Yep pretty much same thing here, been in transit from N. Houston since the 6th of May.
Somebody from FTDNA needs to respond to these shipping complaints and explain the delay situation.
Sure, they cannot control the post office but I would think they could go...

I ordered two kits, one for myself and one for my spouse, used the Additional kit selection and inserted her name.
Two kit numbers given. When I look at my wife's profile it has female icon but my name next to it. Same with her tree when I check it, a female icon, my name.
