Nothing unusual. The Big Y date will update once the Big Y section is completed. It obviously hasn't completed yet. They use the y111 date initially for some reason. It could take months or a few weeks. Just be patient....

There is no set time. Could be a few weeks or a few months. The Big Y takes much more time than a standard STR ydna test....

No. It's not mine but a relative's but I will be helping. I contacted Cust Serv and they are contacting the lab. Even that takes forever. They must be short on employees or something. They just had a merger last year with another company....

Yes, that is unusual. I would contact them immediately. Once you get that email, everything should be done. They don't generate the email exactly when your results post. Most of the time, I have logged in and noticed before I got the email....

Big Y Batch 999 finally came in today after almost 5.5 months

Contacted them several times. Supposedly it's in manual review and analysis before the results are posted. Just emailed them again to see how long it has been in manual review.

Usually you do that afterwards, up to 30 days....
