Trouble signing in!

Tonight I was going to look at my match list...signed in like usual...but the match list didn't load...neither did anything else..

What's happening??

so what to do to be able to analyze his DNA? So if I keep his initials and check the box only view name, picture, and email...it will still be ok?

I manage a kit for my brother, who wants to stay as private as possible and only wants me to see his DNA.

So on Profile page I had placed his name in initials except for last name and in address field put c/o (my name) then address, with my email and...

Would the Family Finder Account be a "Public" project or can you make it a "private" project....you know "private" only the kits you want to manage not others coming in that you don't know if they have a connected? Just a question to so I can decide if I want to go that...

My family had decided to do the FTdna Family Finder first. so far each individual has their own Kit# and passwords...the kits were ordered in my name...then when I recieved them I changed the "name" of the person from me to their name...but left addresses, emails, etc. in my name..
