My parents and I all used National genographic project testing, it's showing French ancestry on both of my parents' results, and mine, as "Southern Europe." Dad had further testing done with Family Tree DNA and the Southern Europe percentage is the same. Nothing from western Europe showing... -

Family Finder results differing from Genographic results?
I'm wondering how often others have experienced this.
My father's DNA results from the Genographic project were transferred over to Family Finder and the FF results for Origins are fairly different.
Genographic: 74% Dutch, 26% Southern European
Family Finder: 51%... -
A lot of possible scenarios could be considered. Perhaps the infant was a brother, nephew, or even cousin of William Hill, who was adopted off the record by the Thompsons. It would be great if you could get your hands on a birth or baptismal/Christening record....Leave a comment:
