One guy ordered FF-test in year 2012. And second FF-test in year 2020. He says that they are quite different. 2012 test contains rs's which is not in 2012 test results. Then I ask wheterh both tests are same hg19 or not. Maybe 2020 test is hg38? I have heard that in 2018 or 2019 FTDNA has changed chip...

Oh sorry. I found that Mutatios and Print Certificates have different things. For example Print Certificates has mutations which Mutation page don't have. This is new to me. Maybe it has some purpose to do so.

Why haplogroups are gray and black
I saw in FaceBook that FTDNA users account page y-dna haplogroup background was yellow and mt-dna haplogroup background was red. Now FTDNA has there gray and blac background. Please add to settings colour choise. Or better are blue and red backgrounds than gray and black. Thanks!

But can you say how far the 0.034 is on family tree? I have asked this question and got answer that it is not close. It may vary. 0.034 is not far from you in family tree, but can be out of them you know on family tree.

Notifications marking read don't work
If I mark notifications to be read they appears again visible when I refresh page or go to other page on FTDNA pages. I use Chromium browser in Linux. This bug has appeared last month.

Chromosome browser has gray areas on chromosomes. They are not included to tests. So, the answer is that not all of chromosome areas are tested.
Did I understand your question correctly?

Y-dna SNP map and subgroups
If I want to show several haplogroups to map and haplogroups are one main group and it's subgroups, why not to have one click to main group? There can be option "with all subgroups". Or these subgroups where you have y-dna matches.
Please add the option "with subgroups"...
