All of my testing results have reverted back to 2015. I am unable to see my Big Y results or or my Y-111 results. Plus my Haplogroup went back to prior Big-Y testing. Is this a known issue.

I have 5 matches with a y-37 test with only three str exceptions the one that I was hoping to learn more about is str 458, my 458=19, the other 5 have an 458=18. Would I be incorrect to assume that no snps bellow L493 will test positive? So as far as SNP testing is concerned I have gone as far as I can?

When I originally received my BigY test my haplogroup was confirmed R-L493. Below that are several other SNPs that were all in black. Now I have three snps in red. The red ones which are negative are:
R-FGC15332
R-A1142
R-CTS3777

I just received my BigY results confirming my Haplogroup as R-L477. Prior to the test I was L493. Right above L477 and L493 on the Haplogroup tree in a bold green box is R-L45.

Just received my BigY results, took less then 30 days to get the results. In terms of next steps is there an easy to read guide out there that will assist me in my further research?

This is an issue that FTDNA needs to address. I have examples of sending emails to Administrators that have never responded, that respond two weeks later and that respond but tell me they are to busy to help. I have written FTDNA about this as well with no response.
