The login page can be entire reloaded with CTRL-F5 on Windows. It was bugging me yesterday and then I remembered the CTRL-F5 is far more powerful than a regular F5 or "Refresh" in the browser.

My biggest complaint is not with the useless login page, but the entirely broken logout....

My latest test sample has slipped again (Batch 615). This time, at least, it says it failed QC. I have never had a sample fail QC before. What happens if they didn't get enough DNA or it is contaminated or something like that? Is it simply another collection kit that gets sent out, or is it another...
