I have already downloaded all my raw data files from FTDNA and printed copies of everything in case they decide to restrict anything else from their paying customers.
Over kill, maybe but a cautious move given their recent behavior.

Actually, Yes it is.
FDTNA has very poor communications with its customers when it come to delay of results, batching of tests, and even match notices can be delayed several days.
I have taken just about every test possible at FTDNA and I have never received any notification...

Just received the single SNP test ordered in Aug 2015 batch 639.
I suggest to anyone that is testing yDNA and that the sample is from before 2011 check with FTDNA when the samples fails Quality Control more then twice to have a new sample kit sent out. This might help with long delays....

Not necessarily an average but the trays in the machine can only hold so many samples at each run. So if there are more samples then spaces in the trays then the extra have to wait for the next run. I was informed of this thru the helpdesk and told this is only an issue during sales....

This has been happening a lot on the weekends when you are trying to view not only the 12 marker results but also the 25 marker results. It happens when accessing kits through the GAP pages as well as though the individual accounts.

One of the SNP panels ordered in October 2015 finally showed up February 1st, 2016. We still have several SNP orders from Aug and Sep 2015 that are still delayed. The latest update is they have depleted all the DNA sample at FTDNA and are now waiting for new kits to be sent and returned to continue...

I have noticed it hasn't been working for several weeks. I thought it was just a transient thing but I just checked and it still isn't working on about 10 kits.
