You are right, I do not know the person and also I am not a native English...Last edited by E19463; 3 May 2015, 01:13 AM.

Come on, stop lying to people, it used to be 9 days, not in la-la-land but in reality: http://forums.familytreedna.com/show...9&postcount=20

There is a German catchphrase: "Ritt auf dem Tiger". You cannot just jump off the tiger as he will eat you. FTDNA cannot stop taking new orders because it needs the cash although it may increase the backlog by doing so. You may call it vicious circle, you may call it snowball system, it is...Last edited by E19463; 1 May 2015, 06:04 PM.

I was wondering how you managed to keep that cool and not going ballistic considering the delays you gone through. Glad to hear you got our results now. With the matches it seems there is a problem as my matches disappeared. Let's hope FTDNA will get this problem fixed faster than the backlog probl...

The never ending lab work and the IT problems may be separate issues but both boil down to a common cause: Not having enough resources, i.e. money....

To me it seems that they are testing randomly. Why? Because the show must go on but as they do not have the capacity to test everyone in a chronological order (huge backlog!) they skip some tests and test some others. This has the effect of giving the appearence that everything is fine and business...
