Boy! I have mailed dozens of these kits and I never had a USPS ask me any of those questions. After taking a picture of the tracking number on the package, I hand it to the employee at USPS, they scan it, give me a receipt, and I leave.
So, I would just tell them to do the same and...

I keep my tree private at ancestry.com and I would recommend that all do the same. By making it private the individual has to contact you and you have to send an invite.
I do not send an invite to that individual, unless the individual provides a 5-6 generation pedigree chart or enough...

Houston! we have a problem!
Don't want to Monday Quarterback, but I learned to take a picture of each kit label which has all the tracking number.
The following is what happened with my last kit, ftDNA has no control over the North Houston USPS:

If last week means Thursday or Friday, then it should get batch today and show up on your kit account tomorrow.
I have two more DNA kits inbound to the North Houston USPS center. Due to my timing of mailing the kits, they missed being batched this week, so I'll have to wait until next...

I have been validating by paper and autosomal DNA results remote cousins who all descended from different sons and daughters of my 5th great grandfather at or near the 50 cms range.

I'll have to say, that those Big Y matches that I share the same genetic family with do not show as matches...

Did USPS show it received on 03 Aug 2015 or did ftDNA send you a email notification the kit was received?
I have seen a delay before as to when the mail service states it as delivered verses the date it was processed in by ftDNA.
I do have another kit mailed and it is now...

I ran a Y-37 and ff on two of her mother brothers. Brother 1 had the following results:
Scandinavia 50%
British Isles...

I was told if any email notification gets bounced back as undelivered the system automatically blacklist your email.
I have multiple email addresses, one for each project I am admin. The system will not tell you which email has been blacklisted you will just get a message in your GAP...

I would go very slow on this. I checked your results and did not see kit numbers. I would assume that you have access for this in the Rootsweb Admin program.
So, I would call the ftDNA help desk, use the option for Admins, and tell them your problem and your need for them to create...
