I am also having trouble. Thought it was a tablet issue, but it's the same across devices and browsers. The chromosome browser is working, but I am unable to update matches. I have to start from scratch every time. Frustrating....

BigY, batch 776 delayed again, as well. This puts it to the 5 month mark. Not thrilled, especially given the total lack of communication.

I understand the process, but I would still expect that a) the link doesn't lead to an error page and b) there would be an actual match with that name.

Even if they linked to someone else with the same name, the link should be to the kit, not the name.

Got an a mail that my mom (whose kit I manage) was added to someone's tree. When I click the link, it takes me to "Houston we have a problem". I have tried searching, but she doesn't have a match with the exact name given. Checked three that were similar, but got nowhere.

The most current message says that it could have been a poor sample. Surely they would have figured out by now if they need a new one?

What is the time frame for a response from the contact form? For me it has been 48 hours and counting. Compared to response times from other businesses this seems unreasonable. It is hard to have faith in this company.

I had two in this batch. One came back last week, all panels returned the same day. FF for both kits came (batched 1/1/15) was returned 1/29/15. So I know that the sample was good.

Now the second one in this batch has returned none of the panels and has been pushed back--again--to 4/15-4/29...

Oddly, in the last hour I got the results for one of my #603 y-67. I had two, one shows no results, the other went from nothing to complete. Go figure.
