Advance Matches not working for some kits

If I were you I'd transfer your ancestry data to FTDNA, then order a basic MT Test first, I've had my own and my dads done, and both of us have the same haplogroup so I'll have to go for the full one to further break down which subgroups we're in, but I have heard of people who only had to do the Basic...

you could possibly share the same haplogroups, both my own and dads basic mt groups are the same T2, so if we belong to the same group we'd show up in each others list of matches, i'd presume anyway

I've checked 6 of my kits and only 2 have Advanced matches working this week, anyone else find the same??

I know someone who has a kit in 665 too and got the same notice, I also had my aunts kit have the same thing happen In January, got the email results date had changed, then 2 days later the results came in....

If sorting by Matche date or making sure your settings are set to get all new matches then it must be something do with FTDNA, I know a few peoples match and email settings were set to no by default so it's probably worth checking those settings

I've got 3 kits, 1 is my dad, 1 is my dads full sister and the other is their half brother, I've been able to add the relationship of brother and sister between my dad and his sister so that she shows as sister on his list of matches and he shows as brother on her list of matches, I've also been able...

We had my Aunts in batch 654 which batched on the 23rd Dec, the estimated time for results was from the 11th to the 27th January, on the 11th the date changed to the following week, but last friday night her results came in..

We have another kit in batch 656 and the results are due in...

I've had loads of emails from FTDNA since the weekend when the website was glitchy for the whole weekend so it looks like the system was reset to a date which made emails get sent out, I was getting notifications on MT and Family Finder kits and none were "new" matches they were older matches...

I think this has to be the one function that could mess up the trees even further, if you get one of those hints on your tree these are what are being used to add people to trees and I don't think people realise they are actual kits of people that are the matches..

I just checked my Aunts "my Origins" and it says results are pending and I'm almost certain that the last time I was waiting on results this is what I got a few hours before results appeared??

Just checked again, just in case but no, still no results!!!

I'd imagine there are so many in each batch that some will make it through on the scheduled date and others won't..

I just checked my aunts in Batch 654 earlier and it still had the same expected date of results, just checked now and I got the same message as you, however, I've had this in nearly all of my other kits and the results have still come in but who knows, I have a kit in Batch 656 too and that had the...
