Unfortunately, I've tried that... twice.
Not so much as an email confirmation that they received my support request.
I haven't had much luck with Customer Service.
Appears I'm not the only one who is frustrated over their lack of response....

Y-HAP-Backbone Results?
I've been waiting for my Y-HAP-Backbone results for over two months.
Test was ordered on 7/16. Batch 579. The estimated time for results was about 6 weeks, which is long past now.
Does anyone know who I can contact for an updated status on this?

Well, got my results from all 111 markers. Unfortunately for me, still zero matches.
Looks like a Y-DNA-HAP Backbone test was automatically ordered and results from that should be within 4-8 more weeks.

Here's my "me too" reply.
I'm still waiting on Y-DNA111 results for about a month.
Got all the way down to 1-3 weeks for results, and then jumped back up to 3-5 weeks.
Frustrating indeed.

23andMe reports my paternal haplogroup as E1b1b1a. FTDNA results are not in yet. I understand they may differ.
I'm honestly not sure if this is a common haplogroup, as I'm quite new to all of this....

New Member - Researching Biological Father
Hello All
I recently matched to a half-sister on 23andMe and after discussing with our mothers, we discovered that we were both donor conceived.
Definitely a shock to find this out as an adult with children of my own.
My half-sister and I tested at FTDNA and AncestryDNA...
