I just came across a similar situation with an x-match with an unknown female person with whom my match statistics are the same as I have with my mother. Neither my mother nor my sister show an atDNA match with this other person.
The FF page has been extremely slow for the last couple of days. Now the filters (names, icw, etc.) don't work consistently. Same issues in both Firefox and Chrome.
I opened a support request but was surprised I didn't see anyone else here commenting on this issue.
What am I missing: ICW downloads contain all matches - not just ICWs
I have 2242 matches in FF. When I select a person and choose ICW I have 55 matches the new ICW view. Then when I choose download (either csv or Excel) I get all 2242 with no indicator regarding matches with the ICW person. What am I doing wrong?
I just looked and unfortunately I didn't save the older versions of the gedcom file so I can't answer your questions. My normal approach to this is to do the work online in Ancestry, sync to my local copy of Family Tree Maker then export a gedcom file if necessary....
@dna
Apparently your suggested export/import... sequence cleaned the gedcom file enough that it showed up in ftdna a little over 24 hours after my last attempt to load it.

Tree upload churns forever after selecting Home Person
@dna
I have been having trouble uploading a tree for my mom that is a branch of our larger tree I uploaded successfully quite a while ago. I use Family Tree Maker. I successfully exported her branch to a GED and tried...
Just to piggyback on a suggestion I saw earlier in this thread...
I am trying to trace my paternal lineage. My dad passed away but I recently my mom's FF results were posted. So in addition to an ICW download to dnagedcom...
I do have FF results and we don't show as a match there.
The TiP reports shows 95.3% chance of a common ancestor within 4 generations but I know that's only a guess based on average probabilities. It appears from this feedback that I'm probably on the right track.
I stepped into this about a year ago searching for my GGF's ancestry. My GGF said he was adopted and we have no record of his background other than he said he was born in Texas. His surname Hamilton may have been his family name or his adopted name. I've done tests and match with a lot of Gillilands....
Elise,
Thank you for posting the current version # for Firefox. I was on 24.7. When I went to help/about it said I was current. When I navigated to the download the latest version site at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ it also said I was current....
Homepage, FamilyFinder and Chromosome Browser problems
I submitted 3 reports - 1 with Firefox problems and 2 with IE problems. I had to submit my IE problems via a connection through Firefox because with IE I can't even get to the form for submitting a bug report.
