While trying to run an ICW on a match, or trying to look at a Chromosome Browser, I get Houston errors for both. I tried rebooting my computer and using two different browsers, IE and Chrome. None of these actions corrected the problem.

Just to confirm, the same for me, on multiple computers, and cleared cache on one. This started for me last night. This has not yet been resolved.

Just cleared my cache on Chrome. Same thing. "the wait operation timed out."

Me too. I can get everything except FF. Using Chrome, I get the Houston page with the message that "the operation timed out." If I try IE, the browser just stays on the home page after trying to connect.

I liked the old one better. It was a lot easier to navigate. And why are so many entries now "private" when they were not before? Sorry, but I don't have time to read all 20-some pages of this thread.

That was weird. I found the problem. I scrolled to the bottom of the page and the Hebrew Language Pack was ordered. Odd, because everything was written in English, but it was if the whole page was left/right reversed. Even the scroll bar was on the left.

Ever since the new webpage update, my forum view is right-justified with the scroll bar on the left. How can I fix this, or is it a known issue?

I have three SNP tests in batch 577. My page currnetly says "3-7 Weeks." It was 5-9 Weeks at the beginning.

That's a long time, tlgarrison. I've made three or four customer service requests in the past and most have been answered within three or four days. I guess I'll just wait. If it gets to be another week, I'll call....

After my FF results came in, I was waiting for my Y-67 and mtDNA results. I will admit that markers Y 1-37 came in ahead of schedule, but I received notification that the results for Y 38-37 and mtDNA were delayed. I finally got my Y 38-67 results, but my mtDNA results have said "1-2 weeks"...
