I asked to open a surname project 5 months ago, heard nothing!...

When I go to my Y dna pages it has New on the Matches icon. When i click on this and search it shows no matches, why is this?

I have upgraded to a Y25. As I had a backbone test done to confirm my hapolgroup does this mean they will have already done more markers than a Y12 and if so should the results be available without further testing??

Can someone from ftdna please help. What's the point of DNA testing if after 5 months you hardly have learnt anything! If I've had my backbone test why can't I see any information about it....

I have just been advised my backbone test is complete (Batch 565). However it still says my Haplogroup is predicted. What additional info should I be seeing if this test is complete??

I also have no matches, is this normal??

I know what you mean, mine was due in May then switched to 5 to 6 weeks and now 1 to 2 weeks for four weeks! No email or explanation. Very very poor communication....

I totally respect those people who work hard and try their best.

However. The simple way to solve this is:

1. Agree a service level for responses to the customer services that can be met, I mean be honest if you cannot reply within...

I have been waiting for a month but nothing not even an acknowledgement....

I was due my backbone results on 27th. Now it says 1 to 4 weeks. No explanation why?...

Now it's back! No idea why!

The only place I now have anything is under the tree. It's not on the main page even today and in the account section it's not their either. I can see the blurb tho!

I wouldn't mind but there is zero communication from ftdna about this which is very bad customer service....

On my account page it showed l-294 but now this has gone. Others have reported missing data, what is going on? Kit number 334309.
