The kit which was mentioned in the first message is actually mine. I submitted a bug report some time ago but FTDNA hasn't fixed it yet and I continue receiving tens of false matches on daily basis.
In the mean time I submitted my sequence to GenBank and it appeared as H27 on both GenBank...

New interface a complete mess
It seems that there is a new interface but unfortunately it is a complete mess. What I get is a mixture of a mobile and a desktop website with overlapping texts and components. Ubuntu 14.04, Firefox 37.0.1, 1920x1080.

lgmayka, did they solve your problem? I have exactly the same problem since about two weeks ago and I have written to helpdesk but they haven't answered yet.

I wrote to them about two weeks ago and still nothing. I hope they fix the issue before the next ice age.

Waiting for weeks and months without any news is really a big pane. You should do something about it.

Y-series SNP names have been on the ISOGG tree for a long time but still there is not BY SNP placed on the ISOGG tree. So currently YFull's SNP names are more established than FTDNA's BY-series: http://www.isogg.org/tree/index.html

Can you access this page: https://my.familytreedna.com/big-y.aspx
By the way, on that page FTDNA claims that Big Y has "10 Million base-pair coverage - more than any other Y-DNA test on the market." FGC actually covers 14 million bp.

It seems that FTDNA processes incoming mail in batches too. Once I sent a DNA sample to FTDNA and another one to YSEQ on the same day. Both FTDNA and YSEQ are located in Houston, TX. Seven days later YSEQ notified me that the sample has arrived. It took almost three weeks for FTDNA to report my kit...
