What I am seeing is a new interface that provides no added value, and makes things more cumbersome.
What used to be simple is now more involved.
Chromosome browser is not working while in 'In Common' mode. You cannot select anyone.
What good is that?
I don't want to sort...

I gave up on it, right now my kit says my mother is my son...
hers reads correctly, showing my match as her son..

Right about now I wish this page had a 'like' button.

I stopped recommending FTDNA as the first stop, and this is one of the reasons

and that is why every kit I manage has it's own unique address, which is then forwarded to my primary genealogy mailbox. This way, I only have to monitor one mailbox, but can see who the emails were addressed to.

I transferred in my Mother's AC kit a while back.
She now has 48 or so pages of matches showing.. fantastic!
She shows, of course, at the top of my list and relationship range showed Parent/Child as it should.
So, I tage it under known relationships, mark her as 'Mother'

I had the same issue with one of the kits I manage.
I reported it through Facebook message because the phone queue was hideous and it seems half the contact form messages get 'lost'
The reply via Facebook was this:

The kit I had in batch 617 had results up when I checked about 0600 yesterday morning. 37 markers done
The email did not come in until sometime late last evening, but by then I already had what I needed.

Same boat here for part of the line:
My 2xG Grandfather b.1819
My G Grandfather - b. 1875 56 years and he was not the youngest
My Grandfather b. 1923 48 years (and he wasn't the youngest)...

Still not seeing my cousin (I show up in her list) in my list.

I had a reply from 'Helpdesk' that they expect this to be resolved by the Wednesday May 20th.

No new matches for my kit since 4/29 either.
My 1c1xr's kit posted on 4/29, it is unlocked, has been since 4/21 I think, she has had new matches as late as today. Several of those overlap me in the Chr browser and should also turn up on my matches but do not. That includes hers, I show up for...

No, at least one of the ones I am missing I know for a fact is unlocked, I manage the kit and can log into it.
That kit shows me as the top, closest, match but it doesn't turn up on my own kit....
