Maybe AncestryDNA get those samples test in more than one labs. Unlike FTDNA, AncestryDNA don't have their own lab. So, maybe the chips those labs used are not 100% identical each other.

How do you know your patrilineal ancestry was Arab since thousand years ago ? The genealogy records are not always reliable. For example one, of my Y-DNA matches is someone from Saudi Arabia. He said his family lived in Mecca since about 200 years ago. Before that, they lived in Yemen. But, obviously...
