If there is no date next to "Completed" then that means there are no results returned yet for that particular test....

According to FTDNA the current turnaround times for Y-DNA STR results is 3 to 6 weeks and the Big Y is 12 to 14 weeks. If you go to your main home page and look under "Big Y" if results aren't in yet there will be a "Track DNA Test" graphic showing with check marks showing the kit's...

Yes that's normal assuming there is no date next to where it says "Completed". When the test is completed there will be a date there not an empty box....

They should have another level called "Full Access" or something similar that acts just as if you are logged into the kit itself. Many people created their own projects as a way to manage their own kits. It used to be setup where if you entered the kit's password in GAP you would get true...

I don't know if this will help you but this is a good page explaining the conversions that need to be made when comparing a FTDNA test to an Ancestry/Sorenson test. Are the markers you showing on the spreadsheet already converted? It also shows the overlaps in markers tested up to 111 markers....
