With just a quick review of my Big Y, one of my project admins was able to tell me that, beyond R-M269 as determined by my Y111, and beyond my R-L48 as posted by FTDNA, I was actually R-Z334.
What that means, I'm not yet sure, but I am eager to find out.

I wasn't speaking of the blast email, but rather one I received from him regarding my helpdesk ticket. I'm going to paraphrase:
The only tests that should not complete are ones where enough DNA was not on hand OR QC determined that 60X coverage wouldn't be reached with the sample on...

Respond to your helpdesk email with Attention Michelle. It's not a magic fix, but she will look at it and, hopefully, you will get a response.
The email I received from Mr. Greenspan did state they were on target to have all tests out that passed QC by 4/15, so that's something. Hopefully...

I just got a reply from the helpdesk stating they would forward my request to the lab. The email says it can take up to two weeks. Is that the average turnaround or have folks been getting it faster than that?

There is no data on semargl, as far as I am aware, that can't be found in a google search. It's just that it's all neatly packaged.
