I've been using it for two days now and anyone who is not using it should strongly consider checking it out. Being able to very easily create triangulated groups is absolutly wonderful. I can't believe FTDNA is not doing this themselves.
Thanks to both DNAGedcom and Don Worth for making...

It looks like results from my aunts kit in this batch will be posted soon. Based on what I have seen in the past with other kits of the PF page changing but not actually showing the results yet I should see something by the end of the week.
Fingers crossed.

I understand where Leeb is coming from. I too tested to 67 markers after initially testing at 12 and I have no matches at any GD beyond 12 markers.
Knowing what to do next is really difficult for new people and it seems that in the absence of any matches and in my case not knowing what...

The new look and having the names available is a great feature. Being able to search the names/e-mail addresses would be great too. Being able to export your own matches would be almost perfect :-)

It looks like several of us in the batch got PF results starting last Friday. I still have not received matches and am wondering if anyone else has since receiving their PF results in the last few days.

Just got the PF results for my 98 year old grandmother. Hopefully matches will start showing up next week.

CORRECTION: I just went and double checked and the actual count of SNPs from the AncestryDNA test is 701,478. I don't know what other users from there were getting in the past but that is the count from the raw data download on my kit with them that was completed earlier this week.
It...

Not sure I like it as it seems like it reduces possible matches from older kits with the higher number of SNPs but I guess we have to roll with the times.
I think the more alarming thing is that it took FTDNA 2 months to figure out that their chips/software/whatever changed and they...

Congratulations!
I got excited when I read this hoping that my 98 year old grandmothers results would also be in. I checked, they're not...

I ordered a kit from AncestryDNA and had my results COMPLETED and posted in 8 days from the day they received the kit. Yes, 8 days and all of the markers are showing so at least I know my DNA is good
I uploaded that kit to Gedmatch as well. I was disappointed that the problem here...
