Estimated Time for a Family Finder Batch to be Completed

My Family Finder in Batch 502 completed on 17 May. Answer about 3 1/2 months....

My Family Finder results in Batch 502 were released 17 May therefore it takes about 3 months. My wife's results in Batch 504 were also released today....

I have contacted the Help Desk by email (I am located in Australia) Was told on 18 Apr that the batch will be completed on the day specified IE 25 March. Still no result on 15 May 2013. Not a real helpful answer by the Help Desk, but at least the reply from them only took a couple...

How long does it takes for a batch to be completed? My Batch 502 Family Finder has been ongoing since 4 Feb. It had an expected completion date of 23 March 2013. It has taken 14 weeks at this stage.

My wife has a Family Finder test in Batch 504 ongoing since 14 Feb.

My wife has her test in this batch since 20 Feb. still no result yet. Seems quite a while to wait. Now due on 27 May.

My Family Finder in Batch 502 is still just sitting on my home page. Assume it was a failure as I was sent a new swab kit. Posted kit back (Air Mail) on 26 March. According to my home page it is still not received. Same with my wife with Batch 507 and 504.
