Having the same problem I sign in but password disappears I then send for fogot email that works but then it starts all over again

It's been months and all my old family finder matches are still missing. I'm getting new matches but all my older matches are gone. I have mailed family tree three times they told me weeks that was months ago. It's a great platform such a Shame about this problem.
