Is there any way to save the 'data' entered online, (Profile, Stories, Notes, and Images, etc.) prior to a Gedcom update/overwrite?

If ALL is LOST, then that WOULD be a SEVERE deterrent to...

Of Course We ALL know that with just 5 mouse clicks of the '-' in the lower right corner those 'Offending Images' are gone.

Adding the Pink and Blue background/outline would be a positive enhancement...

How about a simple user Option to TURN OFF the icon images.

This should make the tree LEANER, but, I don't know about MEANER

So we ALL can stop whining and get back to Genealogy and Genetics

I am assuming that FTDNA filters the incoming Gedcoms, removing un-connecteds, invalids etc

I just wanted a way to compare, quantitatively, what was in my FTDNA Tree vs my offline (Ancestry) tree.

I was trying to get the specifics of WHAT would be LOST/Overwritten when uploading/reloading an expanded/updated Gedcom to FTDNA....

Thanks for the reply dbird. That's kind of what I figured.
I currently have my tree on Ancestry and have 6000+ connected and in-process unconnected names.
