In addition to the previous commments, testing for SNPs U106 and P312 are the most useful SNPs to start out with for predicted R-M269 haplotypes with no close matches.
L150 is not that useful. CTS9219 belongs to a U106- and P312- haplogroup. I think F4006 may belong to the R-L21 haplogroup and...

If it's correct 100% of the time, it wouldn't be a prediction. FTDNA's predictions, correct or not, are not worth jack. If you are R1b-M269, predicted or confirmed, whoop-de-doo, it means little. Everybody need to test for SNPs in order to refine your haplogroup and get away from this prediction junk....

R1b-L277 is just a subclade of R1b-Z2103. You can have a good look at R1b-L277 phylogeny in the R1b1a2 (P312- U106-) DNA Project. Have a look at subgroup _b2. R1b-L23: Z2103+ Z2105+ L277+ and the project research tree. R1b-L277 is a very diverse group.
