Ordering an upgrade - is a new kit shipped?

I'm in the same boat with my Uncle's and brother's results. I was wondering the same thing as the results page says:

"You Have No Haplogroup Prediction

We cannot predict your haplogroup based on your matches. Therefore, you qualify for our free SNP Assurance Program....

Matches have been posted this morning for my uncle's kit. His weren't due until Jan 9 so this is nice and early! Hope yours have been posted too ...

Y-DNA 1-12 came in tonight for both my brother and my uncle. They were due Dec 26. Very, very happy with the results

Finally received all of my mom's mtDNA results tonight! Phew, that was a long wait, I thought it was going to be right up to the projected date of Dec 19!

Population Finder results were just posted tonight for my Uncle's kit

90.90% Western European (Orcadian) margin of error +/- 2.91%

9.10% Middle Eastern (Palestinian, Bedouin, Bedouin South, Druze, Jewish) margin of error +/-2.91%

Both my kits are showing as completed for Family Finder! Of course, I had to quickly check at a time when I only have 2 minutes to peek. Will have to wait until tonight to look at them in depth.

Population Finder results just came in tonight for my two kits!!

My mom's has a relatively high margin of error: 14.86% but my brother's is lower at 6.63%

Mom is 56.10% European (Orcadian, Spanish, Tuscan) and 43.9% Middle Eastern (Druze)

Brother is 82.75%...

Might be a silly question but thought I'd throw it out there.

I'm going to order an upgrade from FF to Y-DNA 37 for both my Uncle and my brother. Will they send out a new swab kit for them or just use the existing sample they have?

I'd like to know simply because we are...

Looking forward to the results of my mom's FF and my brother's FF tests. Both in this batch. Dec 19 seems like sooooooooo far away!!

My uncle on my dad's side is coming over tomorrow to do his FF test
