I got a reply from ftdna, they checked my sample and stated I have 2 unused samples remaining
This means my total amount of tests I can do with my initial sample is six...

myself and the other where natgeno2 transfers and do not have terminal SNP filled (CTS8862) , but I am noted as this SNP in both ftdna and natgeno2.
Also all branches lower than this SNP for me, have been tested negative..........so basically , unless a new branch is found, I will noted...

Terminal SNP
I have 4 people on my matches for YDNA of which 2 show the same SNP under the terminal SNP column and the other 2 do not, but all 4 have this SNP. why this discrepancy?

I gave away wikitree and ancestry ( awful systems )and now use MyHeritage with Familysearch. These 2 combined have doubled my family tree within 6 months.
Just upload your MyHeritage tree in familysearch and then compare within familysearch the 2 trees.

Family Finder cousins?
I would like to know how come of I have 3rd or 4th cousins with less shared CM than some 5th cousins with more shared CM ( than the 4th cousins )

original natgeno2 test had 150K snp's , the new one has 750K snp's.
they are doing the same as the old/current NAtgeno2 did.
Natgeno2 currently are the ONLY company that uses the current Ydna and Mtdna trees...

i find it strange that on, one's site there are names and no kit numbers and yet when you go into a Ftdna project , you get both.
It would be far easier if they had both instead of jumping from site to site...

Why are kit numbers missing on the ftdna site for one's yDna matches. ...........and even Mtdna matches.

TMRCA value or not
What is of more value, the TMRCA of a marker or date of original ybp of formation of a marker ?

Mtdna matches with no info.
My wife last week received a match which is stated 2nd Cousin by ftdna. The only information is the women's name, there is no Mtdna marker, FF, Myorigins or FMS done by this person.
Is this a transfer from Ancestry.com or similar, if so, how do I find out there kit#.........I presume they get...

my friend has one person who shares 27% of in 1 segment in 1 chromosome and he has another person which shares appox. 27% in total in 5 segments in 5 different chromosomes...
