As long as it's taking for FTDNA to work on the 23andme & AncestryDNA issues, they would have been better off converting to a chip that is compatible to those 2 companies.
All of those 23andme v4 & AncestryDNA v2 kits are just lost potential revenue from transfers.

Changing Mystery Rewards
Last week, I had a mystery reward coupon that was good for "any" test which changed to specific test when I tried to use it.
It nixed the sale.
This week, I am hearing reports of this same thing happening.
Is this being done deliberately?
If so,...

I have had the same experience with chip technology in general.
23andme and Geno 2.0 both reported erroneous results with regard
to yDNA and mtDNA haplogroups.

The shipping date of the Geno 2.0 NextGen is October, 2015 which seems to correspond with FTDNA's annual conference.
I was hoping that this NatGeo offering would include SNPs to cover
HVR1-HVR2, and that it would be transferable to FTDNA's database.

Could you please check kit B56268?
Only 3 pages of matches since the transfer was ordered June 9th.
This person is 1/2 colonial American, so there is a pile of matches missing for sure.
