I had a look at your profile and it would seem from your name that you are male.
Your son will not have the same mtDNA as you, it comes from his mother and her mother etc.
Your second cousin matches your son so I will assume the familial connection is through the mother...

the highest prevalence of group A is Europe and Scandinavia which also fits with I1.
