I have tested myself, three half siblings (all of us have the same mother), my dad, a paternal aunt, my maternal uncle, and my maternal grandmother. I have found that my uncle and one sibling may match people that myself and other siblings don't match. Or I have found that myself and one or more of...

I definitely feel like FTDNA offers more tools/benefits than does ancestry. My brother tested in both places, and I have had a little luck using his ancestry results. I feel that ancestry is really more of a supplement to my tests at FTDNA, rather than a standalone. I've been planning to test myself...

I don't understand. Every time I get the Houston error (which is almost 100% of the time for new matches), I see the following:
Error Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
I also see this message:

Just now saw this reply. Well, I thought this sub forum was the place to post complaints. While I was here checking to see if others had the same issues that I did, I ran across this thread.
I do understand that there can be different meanings for a particular word. There are some words...

Also, the profiles...

When I click matches, I get the Houston error. Tried two kits with the same results. The error message says that the file does...

Kudos to Customer Service for Prompt Response
I'm posting this same message in a couple of different areas. Customer service has been especially prompt today in responding to my feedback about the website issues. While my specific questions have not yet been addressed, I do feel much...

Quick Response from Customer Service
I posted this information in the thread Slow Website, but I wanted to create a new thread as well to draw attention to the fact that FTDNA's customer service is doing an excellent job this morning of responding to emails.
I've sent two emails to FTDNA this morning, and each time received...

Impressed with the Speed of Response from Customer Service
I wanted to post an update. I have already received a second reply from customer service. Again with no specific information, but letting me know that my email had been forwarded to the IT department. Kudos to the front line...
