Problem with "In Common With"

As long as I avoid the home page, I can get into the site and navigate using the drop-down menus. Any page other than the home page seems to work OK - I used https://my.familytreedna.com/y-dna-matches.aspx and was taken to the log-in screen which accepted my details.

I bet it's your mtDNA results you're waiting for. I'm in exactly the same situation - new sample included. Definitely frustrating, but we'll just have to be patient until May (14th in my case). I'm also waiting for an SNP result which is still showing a due date of 2nd April. I'm sure they'll be doing...

Bold font, like all-caps, does indeed suggest shouting, and, when I see a post in either form, it immediately raises questions about the sender. Similar doubts arise when someone hijacks a thread, as has happened here.

I used the "In Common with" feature to find which matches I share with an "Mr. AAA" and FF promptly listed three matches.

So far so good. But now I want to see which matches I share with a "Mr. BBB", but the problem is that, whatever I do, I cannot get rid...

One of my GEDmatch matches does not give an email address but has a username of *Deborah NY1952NJ. The NY1952NJ is similar to a UK postcode, but has one too many digits. Alternatively, the first 6 characters could be a Ordnance Survey grid reference (Moss Side west of Carlisle) but what would the NJ...

Where have my matches gone! I had the first 12 markers of my yDNA37 test back some time ago and my Matches page showed seven 12/12 matches and many near matches. I noticed that someone with FF in batch 438 got their result on Dec 5, so I was hoping we'd have ours a week later, ie Dec 12, but it wasn't to be. Damn - my yDNA37 tests for markers 13-25 and 26-37 haven't worked and they're retesting. Results now expected by 27 Dec. I wonder why that happened - I was meticulous in collecting the samples. Hope the other tests - Family Finder in batch 439 and Deep Clade in 440 - are OK.
