I received notification of the sale for this.
I have two brick walls I'm trying to solve (I'm manager for both my brother (father's side) & male cousin (mother's/ fathers side). Brother has 2 matches at 4 level 37. Family: I know nothing earlier than 1876 (Germany)

My cousins y-dna 67 level matches for Cannady's & Ryans are at the 3 & 4 level which must be too far back then for the Family Finder test.

If the y-dna matches took the ff test I would think they would match for the family finder - but they don't. (several took the ff test)
My male cousin -last remain male of that line took the FF test and the y-dna 67 with which he matches with a lot of Ryan's & Cannady's however for the FF...

Can't get it to work. The basket - click once nothing happens. The globe left mouse on for minute nothing happens. The drop down menus above work fine. Is there any other way to get to the messages I supposedly have (number next to globe?) I use Vista operating on my desk top if that has any affect....

When I go to my dna page there's a globe, person & basket in the upper area of the webpage.
When I click on any of these nothing seems to happen. I try double clicking nothing.
Also there is a number by the globe.. What does the number mean?

Thank you. I have found a gggrandson of my grandfathers sister I guess that makes sense. So if he took the mtdna test this may offer some insight.?

If I have the mtdna test, it may show connections for my mother - mother's line? (But, I'm not really interest in that line.)
However, there is another line I'm interested in.
1. My father's grandmother -- My GreatGrandmother - She died shortly after arriving here from Germany with her...

Can't tell when I upgraded from y-37 to y-67 it almost appeared like it's a "new" kit? So, will they need to send something out, or do they just use the same previously sent material? He had the original y-dna test done then I had the familyfinder test done last year which they didn't send...

I had my brother test at the 37 level. For 2 years there were only 1 match at 4 then he got another match at level 4 this is after over 3 years.
This side came to US from Germany in 1855 so I am assuming that no one has tested.
