mtFull test - Haplogroup states only "H"

The mtFull sequence test results for my father are in.
The mtDNA haplogroup states for him only "H" - no further letters or numbers.

I have then found 5 separate DNA matches of second cousin and 3rd cousins once removed on my potential grandmas side. Does this mean their son is...

If I have 2nd cousin who has a match at 0 genetic distance at Y37 markers and also at Y67 markers but at Y111 he has a genetic distance of 3 with this same cousin is this an indication that the mutations are in recent generations or in distant generations?
