    varying genetic distances
Hi, I did the tests up to Y -111 and one person comes up in searches under all the markers, 12-111.

on Y 111 they say genetic distance 10
    on y 67 they say 7
    on y37 they say 4
on y 25 they say 2 but you can not click on that person when found this way
    on y...

What to test next, or should I pursue further testing
Recently received Y-DNA between two males with similar surnames. Same haplogroup and matched 23 of 25 markers, but only 32 of 37 markers. (all markers are the more rapidly changing markers) I have tested 67 markers for tester one. Would it tell me anything further if I tested additional markers OR should...

    Updated Chromosome Browser

No match big Y is useless

    Admin Directory?
Last week, just after GDPR went into effect, for one day there was a directory of Administrators and which projects they managed. I saw my name on all 5 projects that I now Administrate. I can no longer find that directory anywhere on the FTDNA site. Does anyone know how to find it? Maybe they already...

CMH Cohen Match badge and FF
We used the most senior family member to take the FF test and YDNA 37 test. It was said in the family that the paternal grandfather was a Jew. Of course there were no records to go by just family sayings. We decided to get the testing done expecting about 25% to show up as Jewish in FF test, it showed...
