big difference in 2 results

Hello everyone I haven't been here in a long time. Finally decided to get some family tested with 23andme.

My mothers Population Finder has her at 41.14% Russian, Finnish and 58.8 % Orcadian

23andme has her at 81% Eastern European and 16.1% unspecified European.

I think this is large difference.

The difference is because the calculator and the database for Population Finder is very old and needs to be upgraded.
